It stands where the Triana shopping streets meet the historic core of the city.

The menu travels through the six flavours of Asian cuisine rather than sushi alone, and every plate is made when requested, with specials such as sea bream carpaccio with tobiko, yakiniku and lemon sauce and shiso oil. Diners choose freely from the whole list for a set charge, and there is also takeaway.
