Around the paths live meerkats, a spectacled caiman sharing a lake with the Gran Canaria giant lizard, a Komodo dragon, coatis, kangaroos, pelicans and storks, and there is an aquarium, an aviary and a butterfly house.

The plant collections include palms gathered from around the world, cacti several metres tall and an orchid house holding the largest orchid collection in the Canary Islands. A combined ticket covers both this park and Aqualand Maspalomas.
