The sauces run from korma, butter masala and tikka masala to dopiaza, jalfrezi and madras, and any of them can be ordered at a chosen heat, from mild up through vindaloo to phal.

Vegetarians have palak paneer, aloo gobhi, saag aloo and Bombay aloo, plus soy and paneer biryanis. Breads include peshawari, keema and garlic-cheese naan and tandoori roti, and kulfi, gulab jamun, lassi and masala chai finish the menu.
