Fresh pasta, gnocchi and sauces are made in-house each day, and several dishes are finished over a live flame in the pan.

Tagliolini with black truffle and butter, pasta allo scoglio with prawns, mussels, clams and squid, rabbit tagliatelle and foie gras with black truffle sit beside sea bass baked with garlic oil, tomatoes, olives, capers and clams. Tiramisu, a chocolate tartlet and a homemade flan close the meal.
